Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you so we can deliver a seamless, elevated experience from the moment you walk through our doors. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. This policy allows us to respect our stylists’ time and offer availability to other guests who are waiting for an appointment.

We understand that life happens and emergencies arise. If you have an unexpected situation, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will always do our best to accommodate.
